208. Time for testimonies! Below are examples of typical serious testimonies given at every Geelong Revival Centre meeting. There's a few as I tried to cover as many types as possible.
209. "I was baptised by full immersion and filled with the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Two weeks ago I was going to lose my job. The company I work for lost a project or two and it was indicated to me that I might be released. It was horrible. I feel silly saying this, but when I got home after work I went into a room and cried. After about 15 minutes the Lord made me think that I should be praying asking for a new job because this is not our lot. First I apologised to the Lord, got on my knees and after 15 minutes I had this feeling wash over me that everything was going to work out."
"The next day I looked for some jobs and applied for two and waited for a call about either one. No one called for two days so the Lord told me to it would be ok. The Lord assured deep within that I would have a job and looking at face value isn't what to do. The next week the Lord stepped in and gave the company I worked for another project and I never lost my job after all. I'd just like to praise the Lord for saving me and always providing."
210. "Yes, thank you, can you hear me? haha, I was baptised by full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I'd really like to praise the Lord for something that happened to me last week. I had a personal situation that I won't go into but really felt uncomfortable with what looked like happening. I had this gut feeling that this wasn't right and the spirit told me we are the head and not the tail. So I prayed about it and a real peace washed over me. I totally forgot about it. It wasn't until I sat in this meeting now when I remembered the situation, and that nothing happened. Praise the Lord."
211. "Yes, ahem, I'd like to praise the Lord. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Ahem, I'd like to thank the Lord for the opportunity to go to the camp in England. I wasn't planning to go, because it never occurred to me that I could afford it. Ahem, I was having fellowship with a brother and sister and they mentioned how it's so good to see other brothers and sisters from other assemblies. I sought the Lord about it and received the message from that small still quiet voice, ahem, that it's important to be there this year.
"If you had of said to me I'd be going to England camp 12 months ago I would have never believed you. Haha I would have said you've got rocks in your head. I did go to the camp in England and it was suchhhh a blessing. Ahem, the brothers and sisters were great and it's like the words that were given were meant for me right at that time. If I hadn't of gone I would not have been edified as I needed. Sometimes you don't know what you need but the Lord does know what you need and he wonderfully guides you and provides a way. If you get the opportunity to go to an overseas camp you should. I did. I'd just really like to praise the Lord. Thank you."
212. "Yes I'd like to praise the Lord. I had developed a sore throat before this meeting and usually when this happens it could mean a really bad cold. I wasn't going to let the enemy have his way and stood fast on the promise. I rang an elder who prayed for me over the phone. On the way to the meeting the sore throat has completely been healed. I'd just like to praise the Lord for healing me."

I came to a point when I needed some help bringing up my two girls. It says in the word it's not good for man to be alone and it really hit me one day before work getting the girls ready and we were again late for school. I really wanted a help meet. Standing on the promise the Lord, He pointed out a sister. I never thought much about this sister but then I kept bumping into her at the hall. The Lord really wasn't letting me ignore her."
"I didn't think she was the one though. Then I went into a shop in town and one of her friends worked there. The Lord really was being very obvious now. I came to the meeting one day and as I was getting out of my car the sister walked in front of me, another sign from The Lord. Next meeting I asked her if she would like to come out for a coffee. Well, hahahhaa, as everyone knows the sister is sitting next to me as my wife now and I could not be happier. She has a strong brother in the Lord as her guide and provider now too. So single brothers, haha, if you don't mind, step up and seek out a help meet. I would really like to Praise the Lord for everything he does for us, even when we don't know he has a plan. Thank you ."
214. "I'd like to praise the Lord. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. ummm..." *bows head down touches forehead with free hand.

"A few days ago I was making breakfast. I was frying some eggs for my family, and I accidentally touched the very hot pan with my thumb. It was amazing. The Lord grabbed my hand and pulled it away before I realised what to do. The pain was immense so I held it under the cold running tap water and prayed. And..."

"Sorry...this has really moved me.
Now a few days later you can hardly see any mark on my thumb.
I'd really really just like to praise the Lord for his protection and saving me. What would we do without him? OH PRAISE THE LORD!"
215. "I'd like to praise the Lord. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I had a need. Being a single sister with three young children... well things weren't looking easy to get to camp this year. It was a long drive and my car had been breaking down a lot. I was worried I wouldn't be able to make ends meet, because I didn't have any money and started to think we were going to miss out. Oh, I didn't have a tent either. I started to think I didn't want to go. Pastor said to stand on the promise and I'd be at camp and that the Lord wants me there. I prayed a few days over it as Pastor said to do, and the Lord put it on a brother's heart to let me use one of his spare tents because he just bought a new van for camp."
"Wellll, I gave over, packed the car, put the kids in, and off we went. Halfway to camp the car overheated, but I kept driving it standing on the promise of the Lord. He'd keep the car going. I didn't realise at the time why but the car stopped completely and wouldn't turn over. And a few hours later a brother and his family was behind us also on the way to camp and stopped to help. The car is toast, both the cylinder head and engine block is cracked, and the brother rang got help and about 3 cars full of brothers in the Lord came to assist us and here we are at camp the next day. Camp is such a blessing, and sometimes the pathway is not clear but you stand on the promise. Help like I received just doesn't happen in the world. The Lord let that car break down so I could see the love of our brothers and sisters in action. Driving from Geelong to get to Ocean Grove seemed such a big deal, but the Lord made it easy. He was by our side the whole time. Who knows what would have happened to us on the side of the road without Him. Thank you, praise the Lord."
216. "I'd like to praise the Lord. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. When we were away helping in the overseas work a young man had got into trouble in the lake and drowned at an outing spot. Some people nearby were screaming and crying. After realising what was going on a brother and I pulled the man out of the water and a few of us started praying in tongues. Within a minute the man started coughing and spluttering. The Lord brought this man back to life. To see the Lord work like that is amazing. The man would be dead if it wasn't for the Lord answering prayer. Praise the Lord."
217. "Ummm. I've been sitting on this testimony for a few months. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I'd like to praise the Lord. I was driving to a brother's house, was running a bit late and speeding. I don't like to speed, and the Lord showed me I should slow down. As I went around a corner there was some road works on the road and some gravel made the corner unsafe. The front wheels slipped and I just closed my eyes and prayed standing on His promise and the brakes. In a very short time the car completely stopped. There was a tree about 20 metres in front. You see bad crashes on the news and if it wasn't for the Lord when I needed Him I would have been on the news too. I'd just like to praise the Lord and don't speed everyone."
218. "I'd like to praise the Lord. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. A few weeks ago I noticed a red spot on my shoulder. It was about the size of a 50 cent piece. The more I looked at it the more I thought it was something really bad and it did not belong on one of the Lord's vessels. I put it to the Lord to remove the cause and heal the spot from one of his children. The spot has completely gone now. I'd just like to praise the Lord for his healing."
219. "I was baptised with full immersion receive holy spirit and speak tongues. I want praise the Lord he help at school. And he helps me if I am sick. And I prayed for our cat. I know he looks after me all the time. Praise thee Lord."
220. "I'd like to praise the Lord. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. It was such a wonderful time at the three day fast, but after a few days an unease settled in that maybe I wasn't going to make it with 'The Lord'. We hear from the platform that the enemy is so evil and we need to constantly be on the look out. I wasn't going to let the enemy have his way over me. After a few more days I was having supper with a brother and sister in the Lord. The brother hasn't been saved very long but out of nowhere he quoted Psalms 23:4 and it goes, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." as one of his favourite scriptures. I just like to Praise the Lord the Brother should know he was used by the Lord at that moment because that scripture became the ointment my soul needed right then. Praise the Lord."
221. "I'd like to praise the Lord. I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I spent a few days in the prayer tent and also fasted during camp, asking the Lord to show me what his plan was for me. I left my whole life at his feet. If any brother wants to be used in the work this is what I did and I have been leading the choruses on Wednesday nights since then. Never in a million years thought I could do that, even though I have my own business with a few employees. Praise the Lord."
222. "I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I had a great witness last week. It was amazing. I prayed for a chance to talk someone one morning. I got in my car and followed the front of it to end up at the beach. Walking along the beach a soul came towards me from the other way and the Spirit of the Lord urged me to say hello. I did, and the young girl was indeed lost and a wandering sheep. She said she'd come to a meeting next Sunday and hear the word from the platform (#). Praise the Lord."
223. One last example of a testimony that wouldn't be spoken out aloud in a meeting, but it's what many think..."I was baptised in full immersion and received the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I'd like to praise the Lord for how much he has blessed our little family. We have really nice cars, a nice house, an investment property or two, live in a good suburb and can always pay our bills on time. It's important that I thank the Lord for my well off parents putting me through a really good school and then uni. The Lord helped me to get good results and then a career that is highly regarded. If it wasn't for the Lord I'd not be saved and probably be homeless. Praise the Lord."
224. Testimony time has ended. Not having a go at people's intelligence, and the point is people are that far blinded from reality that this is what they force feed each other week after week, year after year, decade after decade...and believe. Those are perfect examples of the testimonies I always heard when I attended. Seriously, snap out of such ridiculousness. Full disclosure, I probably gave one or two of those types of beauties up there myself before I woke up.
225. I'm not going to debunk all of them, hope I wouldn't need to, but I will comment on the drowning testimony: The standard time for brain damage can begin after about 4 minutes without oxygen. Death can occur within 4 to 6 minutes if no resuscitation is provided. But, without oxygen pre-breathing, the record for not breathing on purpose and surviving is around 11 minutes and 54 seconds. These instances refer to breath-holding rather than survival post-drowning or unconsciousness. There have been extraordinary cases where survival has exceeded these averages. An instance is an Italian boy who survived 42 minutes underwater in cold water due to the mammalian diving reflex and the protective effect of hypothermia. Another case involved a child named Michelle Funk who survived over an hour in icy water, again due to profound hypothermia that preserved brain function. These cases do not represent a common outcome but highlights how cold water can significantly extend survival times. OK, pretty sure the water was not cold where the drowning testimony came from, but there's so many variables let's be real, the Lord likely had zero to do with drowned person regaining consciousness. Pulling someone out of the water unconscious is not the sign of death, and if it was no one would ever perform CPR because there would be no point.
226. The GRC could prove the above wrong. They could drown one the ministry in a baptism tank by full immersion. Pray for 20 minutes without allowing any CPR. Then prepare the funeral because he's not coming back. Of course this is a joke and I know they wouldn't do it anyway. That's tempting the Lord in their eyes.
227. In case you don't know - The close shaves, the amazing happenings, the situations that unfolded from nowhere, the strangers that nearly sacrificed everything to help a stranger, the kindness of people, the care of strangers, the bravery of strangers, the repaying people have done, the incredible jaw dropping coincidences that have happened around me since I left long ago, the amount of wealthy people who rather hide their riches obliterates everything I ever heard or saw at the GRC. Wake up and open your eyes. Happenings at the GRC is not representative of anything amazing around the world in general by a large margin.

230. Thought exercise - Look for everything Red all around you right now, keep looking while you try and remember, or write down, as many Red things as you can for one minute.
Pause, close your eyes, take a quick break. Just think of all the Red things.
Now without looking around or away from your notepad, recall all the Blue things around you, forget the Red things you were told to remember and think of all the Blue things. It's hard isn't it? That's what's going on at the Geelong Revival Centre. Only particular ideas and topics are force fed to you, while a lot of great things you'll never see or experience are all around.
231. There are two people on a deserted island with limited food and fresh water. Both given a pile of wood. One makes a big HELP sign with the wood, the other makes a boat.
Which one are you?
While you are stuck in the GRC absolutely no one is coming to rescue you and nothing is really happening is it? Build the boat, leave and have or make stuff happen.
232. If you didn't have enough faith to receive the healing what makes you think you have the faith to make it into heaven? When a Pastor and two elders prayed for you and the healing didn't come, what makes you think even one of the people who prayed for you has any faith? They are false prophets. Not saying I'm a Christian, religious, or other, it's a thought.
233. Bible says sell everything you have and give to the poor, it could not be clearer. When was the last time you heard that from the platform? Jesus often taught about the value of generosity and caring for the poor as a reflection of true discipleship and love.
234. GRC love is conditional. You'll find TRUE happiness giving out unconditional love. Sharing your love, especially to strangers who may not see you ever again, is the best. Love is free and it’s all that matters
235. Reading is like dreaming with your eyes open.
236. GRC is an 'Us VS The World' model. Don't leave and be a similarly binary thinker, as in it's all black or white, one or the other. You don't always need to pick a side and look for enemies. That's a depressing lifestyle. It's what the GRC does, don't do that when you leave. It's a GRC taught mental behaviour. People leave and still sometimes seem to need an 'Us versus Them' framework for many areas of their life. It doesn't do anyone good to do that as a rule. Division is a bad side of humans. Don't lock yourself into thinking one side is right no matter what, that is being mentally lazy and not really working things out for yourself without social media, main stream media and your friends group influence controlling your thoughts. It's GRC behaviour. Social media is a trap for this, as it's set up to push what you initially like constantly at you, this controls your thoughts, and it's another strong echo chamber that locks you into a thought train even if it's wrong. Look into it. Have you fallen for it already?
237. Have meaningful relationships with others who think about things differently, have different ideals and choose ways you don’t. Agreeing to disagree and keeping friendships is valuable.
238. You don't need to pick a side. Relax. Don't let anyone lead you to a side. Work things out for yourself.
239. Science is great but it is often steered for varying purposes. Science is a business. Following the Science is no guarantee you're following honest science.
240. Traits of people vulnerable to cults are not detectable - everyone is vulnerable. There is no type of person. Not just you.
241. Is the ministry open to forsaking any help from the worldly police force if anyone wants retribution for the hurt the ministry has caused many people over the years? I think not.
242. GRC not part of the world? But they’re personal details and interests can be bought because of online data breaches.
243. Remember when Pastor Hollins was always going to be the last one? What happened to that?
244. Sleep - Little slices of death?
245. GRC says absolutely anyone anywhere in the world who cries out for the truth will have someone from the GRC cross their paths and they’ll have the opportunity to be saved. Not true. Very simplistic thinking. Actually very condescending to suffering people throughout the globe.
246. Instead of sitting in meetings for hours and hours and hours every week, hearing that constant broken record being played go and spend that time helping people and yourself instead.
247. One more time - If you occasionally wonder if you're in a cult, the answer is yes. You are wondering this because nothing is happening in the GRC but empty story telling.
248. Best way to keep a cult member attending is to withhold contrary information to the belief, and to stop them from even looking outside.
249. People who leave cults often look for other cults to be in or try and start leading their own cult of sorts. It's another learned behaviour from the GRC. If it takes a cult to stop another cult like the GRC so be it.

251. GRC - Gaslighting Revival Cult. Don't believe any of it. Build yourself up and leave. You are far smarter and able than they have made you think. The GRC preys on members through FUD - Fear Uncertainty Doubt.
252. Perspective is nearly everything - This entry is as much for me as you reading this. A lot of people are a thousand times worse off than being born in the GRC or being a member. If you grew up in Geelong you won a lottery - To a point. The world has over 8 billion people in it. No sugar coating on this; There are children locked in basements, dungeons, cages and being tortured in different ways daily in very horrible places throughout corrupt uncaring zero love government ruled countries. There are women who are being traded as sex slaves to cruel dirty groups of men. Many children are born into situations of hate and evil then killed. There are young people being sold as slaves and then die because of abuse injuries, no food or water, and/or no shelter. Innocent people are wrongfully framed, convicted and discarded in filthy, hard, over populated soulless prisons for life, getting raped hourly, and they didn't even do any crime. And there's worse than all that. If we were born into the GRC and complain about corporal punishment, had to endure sitting in a safe comfortable hall, had to eat free Youngie's suppers, but had the luxury of being able to leave, and then be able to complain we're lucky. It's often our sheltered upbringing being demonstrated in how we act now. Mentally it's tough, what you went through at the GRC, but it's only perspective and understanding that has you mentally trapped to think you are really bad off now. It's a state of mind. What matters is right now. Right now!
253. There's literally 5 Billion people who would swap with us all in a heart beat, and you know what, we'd never in a million years swap what we went through with any one of them. None of us were born entitled to anything. How lucky are we? Not many days go where I don't think how incredibly lucky I am. I'm against smacking kids, but we weren't killed. Children are beaten into believing the GRC and that's very wrong, it's is a form of torture, but we can leave. There are many far worse off than you may, or may not, imagine.

254. After adding the recent Geelong Revival Centre testimony entries I revisited the classic website whywontgodhealamputees.com. Ask yourself the question, why hasn't the GRC ministry ever had enough faith to have prayed for someone who then received the victory over a missing limb or other objective physical need? Aren't the leaders of the world's one true God approved church praying hard enough? Isn't Brian Griggs up to his job description? His job and duties are clearly described throughout the Bible's pages. Is he like the employee who lied on their resume and at the interview, then got the job as an engineer? And has no real idea what engineering is? He's then designed a bridge, it's built, it falls, and he shrugs his shoulders and says "The computer is never wrong. Trust the computer. Not my fault." He is doing the same thing with the Bible.

Something new, instead of me trying to write thoughts on perceived miracles here is a pdf (if you didn't know, pdf means document) you can look at where someone else has done a great job explaining people's miracle judgement. Again, I'm not suggesting there is a God or not, of the Bible type or not, but when reading this paper at a bare minimum think about what the GRC ministry declares is a miracle and a sign of what the one and only true church experiences regularly. 256. Understand with regards to the content of the document I am coming with an Ex GRC member viewpoint. When I was going to the GRC and heavily committed I would have read it and brushed it off as it being written by someone who never went to the real deal GRC. They don't know the one and only 'true church', so that's why the author has never seen a real miracle and all the points are irrelevant to us. But really, there's never been any miracles going on at the GRC, and never will be. The article is a perfect fit for the GRC. Refer to entry 7. the whole point of this website is to explain why the GRC is a false prophet ministry.

It's not the whole book, it's a summary of the book written by Alyssa Burnette. The book describes what's really happening with perceived miracle situations and timing. It's probability crossed with miracle perception and confirmation bias at play that makes people in the GRC think it's "The Lord blessing me!!!". Well, it's not. 258. Substitute miracle examples given by the authors of both documents with what you have heard shared, or you yourself have experienced at the GRC as 'Miracles'. Then note the frequency similarities. There are five laws, not going to relate each law to the GRC mentalities but The Law of Near Enough could be seen as any time the old "The Lord works in mysterious ways" chestnut is brought out.
259. Never do I think I'm above anyone else on this earth, for we are not our own inventions and time is not over yet for me. Everyone is one bad choice away from rock bottom. Time is not over for anyone still alive in the GRC either. But, I look at and think about the GRC ministry, most members and all elders and think how naive and misguided they are. They're so sure they're one thing, yet it's all in their heads. All of it. You can see right through it when you leave - The blind fold comes off. It's sad as lives go wasted each valuable day. The GRC has always been and will continue to be a sham. Please, if you are reading this and bordering on leaving, keep reading. There's no judgement for anyone that followed the GRC with their everything and then leaves. The reset button is pressed. You advance and move on to better things. What you do from that point on will determine your worth. The exception being pedophiles as no amount of time, in or out of the GRC, jail or not, gives them a pass at any stage. They entertained the evil thoughts and dug their own grave by doing so.
"When the members need financial help they are told to pray. When the ministry has a financial need the members are asked for an offering." - It's pathetic. Open your eyes. Wake up and leave if you can. Please stop enabling it.

278. Very much feeling for the hurt children, who then become hurt confused adults in the future. Very much feel for the hurt parents also, the hurt single mother with two kids in the article above, and any one of the many wives or husbands who want to leave the GRC but the other spouse demands to stay. All hurting in the GRC but have no option but to keep going and being told to pray more. They insist the answer is to pray, when they're preying on you. It's a pathetic way to be forced to live. 281. During this week the thought of how many more pedophiles are hiding among the GRC flock has been a worrying topic. If this one has been jailed for two decades resulting from the severity of his hidden sick acts how many more are attending unnoticed in the GRC?

At the beginning of this website it's mentioned that the 'GRC Canaries in the coalmine have died' as a reference to innocent children being preyed upon while trapped in the Geelong Revival Centre cage. It's the indicator of certain death if you stay in that location. What more obvious test fail is there when the children are being raped and the known rapist remained free?
283. If you are still enclosed in the GRC cage and keeping on reading thank you, it means a lot, and please consider this: How many pedophiles in the GRC would it take for you to leave? How many pedophiles in the combined GRC associated assemblies around the world would it take you to leave? How many lame parents of molested kids who keep attending around you would it take to leave? Are those parents pedophiles also and that's why they didn't go to the police first? How would anyone know? How many of your own kids being harmed would it take? All only questions everyone should ask themselves. It's important to plan this before news comes out, otherwise you may keep being a GRC apologist that does you and your loved ones harm.
284. What would it feel like to learn that the GRC and associated ministries protect pedophiles and don't report all the cases to the police? Because that's what's been happening for a long time and will continue to happen. They protected the latest pedophile who was a general member, what would they do to protect a leader? They've covered up a lot of evil deviants before.
285. Has this one very public, brutal pedophile revelation been enough to tip you into wanting to leave?
286. Would it make a real difference to your choice to leave if it became known that there is pedophile ministry? It's a scary thought and it's likely true. Noticed odd behaviours by any of them? You should discuss it with people you trust, locked in the GRC or free.
287. If you're married with kids and being forced to attend by your spouse, parents, friends or the ministry would you for sure love to break free? Do you feel trapped, dismissed and in despair? See no answer? See no future?
288. Were you abused as a child growing up in the GRC and feel isolated, small and possess no power to do anything? The people doing this to you are committing the most wicked behaviour and you shouldn't accept it any further.

Are you being harassed, mentally abused, physically abused, sexually abused, financially abused, domestically abused, emotionally abused and/or are not allowed to act on your own will in any way? All under the pretext of keeping you 'saved'? While being a female, male or other preferred identifier?
290. Are you unable to pursue a/or relationship/s of your choice? Years are going by and it feels like your destined to miss out on trying out true love?

A true way to evaluate your situation is doing this very easy thought test: Thinking and feeling about continuing to attend the GRC or not, would you never go again if there was no resistance to leave - as easy as clicking a button you had a safe place to live, you had a future you could steer and friends who loved, cared and looked out for you, protected you and you never set foot in the creepy place again? If anyone but yourself is stopping you from leaving, you're not in control and it needs to stop. Please don't give up.

If you're trapped in the Geelong Revival Centre, forced to attend and follow the cult rules and are not in control do you know anyone who has left that you can trust in full confidentiality to contact? Touch base, mention you are considering leaving and discuss your situation. Only do this if you are certain you can trust the one you're thinking of contacting.
293. There are some really public great groups of cult fighting people out in the open now. Both Geelong Revival Centre Based and other cults. Look them up on social media and the general internet. Possibly follow their social media profiles using a fake name and profile, and when you are comfortable and confident enough you should make contact. There definitely are caring people who would love no more than to help you leave, set you up mentally, and even look out for you.
294. Even though it's been added to regularly, I don't know when I will stop adding entries onto this site and this is mostly why I refrain from firmly suggesting any contact for you in particular. I can't control how people behave now, let alone years down the track. Do your due diligence for today yourself please. Having said that I should not keep anyone hanging and desperate, today there is a dedicated public group, lead by a very determined committed gentleman, he is doing great work highlighting the distressing issues playing out in the GRC. At this point in time I can recommend contacting them, it's not just him, there's a team, if you feel you want assistance or someone to simply talk with. Please do. If they offer you help to be free from the reach of the GRC I am certain they will attack anyone who tries to control you with much rigour on your behalf. They are 100% non judgemental and understand. It's the best time and opportunity to leave the GRC that has ever been. They are gaining allies who are set on helping and momentum as a movement that will succeed against the GRC is at a satisfying rate.

If you no longer go and have Advanced away from the GRC, care and wonder about one or more people within the Geelong Revival Centre Assembly churches, especially if they have children attending (as it's proven again they're not safe in the GRC), maybe you should contact them discretely and offer support? Offer to listen. Be gentle, open and assuring. Don't stick the boots in about all the GRC cult issues as it probably won't work. Your effort and how you approach could be key to changing lives for the better in many areas. What have you got to lose by contacting them? Compared to what the people you contact in the GRC have to gain? How much do you care and love people to be free and happy away from the GRC?
The GRC has big Negativity Bias against the world they perceive around them and anyone not for their ministering - At the same time they have an even bigger Positivity Bias towards the GRC false prophet's actions, words and outcomes.
Hoping to end the pedophile discussion here for the time being, there's a lot more to share and discuss, next time a lighter topic perhaps, but something to ponder: What if, and it's a big if, there was a link here for an anonymous tip line GRC and related churches dirt bag reporting channel. You leave a pedophile/predator/wife abuser/husband abuser/bad minister/general idiot/scum bag's details in text form, and it gets assessed. What would you do? There'd be no public record, I'd be the only one to know, and pass it along to where the information would be most valuable? Could it help? Need to think that right through in depth. Either way, there is an avenue to report evil behaviour in the GRC right now, and that's to seek out the police and report it. Don't see any GRC ministry about it, that's a dead end - like it was for those last poor canaries in the coalmine.

The aim of this website is to share what was experienced while attending the Geelong Revival Centre, what was learnt after leaving and to discuss why the GRC ministry has no rightful claim to be the sole righteous God approved church in the world. There cannot be any doubt the GRC ministry claims to be the only church that interprets the Bible correctly and preaches exactly as The Lord reveals in due time as required by a moving of His Spirit through the ministry. Hence the goal post moving and hypocrisy.

Why does the Geelong Revival Centre discard scriptures where Jesus explicitly instructs his disciples not to hinder those who are performing miracles or preaching in his name, even if they are not part of their immediate group? You can't acknowledge these verses and also claim to be the only one right true church of The Lord and do everything in your best power to stop any attending GRC member from looking at other churches.

vs 39: But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

299. Have you ever mentioned you'd like to look at another church, or person, that's not affiliated with the Geelong Revival Centre? How did it go? Likely your idea was received as well as when I brought it up. Horrifically. The disgust on the faces says it all doesn't it?
300. Being a GRC affiliated assembly Pastor, or any Elder and minister would have it's moments of doubt if honestly seeking out the truth. Nowhere in the Bible is the Geelong Revival Centre specifically mentioned as the holder of the only keys to following the Lord through His Word. There is nothing in the Bible that indicates that any perceived one and only true church that looks like the GRC would never fault, and then be removed of all blessing. Not a single verse to say the GRC is it. Not a single misinterpreted scripture states that the GRC is the only church blessed by God. It's only the GRC that claims to be the only true church - Nice one. The GRC is the ebay seller that says they sell 'The Best Cat Scratcher in the world', there is no better - yet when it arrives it falls apart and looks nothing like the pictures in the ad. Except the GRC is one million times worse.
301. Is there a Pastor, Elder or ministry member considering disassociating with the Geelong Revival Centre at the moment? There would have to be. If you are one of the forementioned you could start a new page after learning from all the GRC mistakes and lies. It would be a wise decision to disconnect entirely and offer everyone in your flock, and anyone else, to start fresh as a new group. If you do please don't claim to be the one and only true church because as stated in entry 297 you shouldn't do that because desiring to be the first will only result in you being the last, as seen with the GRC. It's the perfect cult claim that has no basis in the Bible in any case.
302. There's a whole new unfilled calling for you and your faithful members at the moment. There's a better, actual enlightening and fulfilling role to play. It's possible I may come and have a look. Again, not saying I am a Christian or not, but I'd be as interested as anyone else to see you succeed. You may start a movement, a movement of truth, hope, genuine love, grace and happiness. How great would that be?
